HaBAS:

• Will provide a users’ site, where all parties involved can comment on the service they receive, add positive feedback or draw attention to any problems. By sharing information, HaBAS works as a synergistic self-policing community, which takes seriously the experiences of its members.
• If disputes arise or clarifications are needed over the operation of HaBAS, the Governing Council will arbitrate. If agreement cannot be reached, the Council’s decision is final and binding on all sides. We reserve the right to suspend for varying lengths of time, or rescind licences if necessary for non-compliance. The contracting parties-Schools and Students are solely responsible for their education experience and qualifications. The HaBAS Organization and Council are responsible for overseeing the system, as well as enforcement and interpretation of its rules.
• HaBAS may modify and/or update its rules over time, but will not do so without giving member schools at least 90 days notice of the changes.
• HaBAS is a non-partisan, independent body and does not award degrees.
• Any organization of whatever size or type fulfilling these criteria may be licensed, not only schools, but companies, charities and government Ministries as well, in line with our intent to expand and democratize education. When considering licence applications HaBAS, in accord with the best Alternative Education practice considers firstly the quality and proven track-records of an institution’s staff and graduates before all other factors.
• HaBAS licences are subject to annual review and renewal, for which a subscription is payable-details below. Contact us at “habas.info”-the sole official site for application details.
